Where healing flows and wisdom grows.

Repair, reconnect, and return to yourself.

Therapy can be a place to exhale and be restored. I offer warm, gentle care for every part of you and your story. I will meet you exactly where you are today, with the hope that you will feel seen, understood, and known. Life can be incredibly stressful, but you don't have to carry it’s weight and pressures alone. Our work together will be deeply personal, compassionate, and focused on meaningful change.

Fallon Graham, LMFT

Welcome. I am glad you're here.

Fallon is the founder of and currently practicing at Salt + Sage Therapy located in Brentwood, TN— serving those needing support in-person or virtually. She deeply enjoys helping women, men, couples and teens feel connected and whole through holistic approaches. As a relational therapist, she collaboratively and intentionally creates a way through each concern with immense care. Fallon incorporates several treatment modalities into her practice to promote inclusivity and enhance client’s unique experiences. She believes each person has a story worth telling— truth, that deserves to be heard— and parts of everyone that deserve to be seen.

Hi! My name is Fallon and I am a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist in the state of TN (#2095). In 2022, I received my Master’s with high distinction in Marital and Family Therapy from Liberty University. I live in Franklin, TN with my husband and two fur babies, Beni and Levee. I have been married for 13 years (woah!) and have experienced high highs, the lowest of lows, and everything in between in my decades of life. One of the biggest things I’ve learned as I’ve journeyed through this wilderness called “life” is to never judge a book by its cover. I began my own personal therapy and recovery journey over a decade ago and it is safe to say that it has changed my life. So much so, that I decided to passionately pursue this career with the hope to aid in other’s journeys towards healing and growth. I have spent years disentangling and healing from generational trauma, familial attachment wounds, betrayal trauma, codependency, and unhelpful spiritual formations. Discovering who I am at my core and cultivating a life and faith that is congruent with who I am today. Restructuring my beliefs and understandings, relationships and boundary systems with family and friends, and redefining my values has been one of the most challenging, yet most rewarding, things I have ever done. Reconnecting with my inner child has awakened a sense of curiosity, compassion, and a deep well of self love that I didn’t know existed.

I am a life long learner, a fellow traveler, who is still in the process of becoming.

I deeply enjoy pursuing health through pilates/yoga/strength training, playing pickleball competitively, experimenting with sourdough, gardening, reading fiction and self help (I just started my first ever book club!), attending my own therapy and 12-step recovery programs regularly, eating nutritiously and sometimes not (I’m a foodie), and surrounding myself with the dearest support system. I tend to feel the most connected when I am on a paddleboard in the ocean, surrounded by nature, traveling and experiencing new cultures and food, or having deep and authentic conversation.

-the heart behind salt + sage therapy-

Salt + Sage desires for you to step into a space that gives you a soft place to land, to exhale, and be restored. A place to get curious together, deepen insight into your story, move toward a “sage-like” state of clarity and awareness, cleanse the past by feeling deeply, letting go of old narratives and patterns that may no longer serve you, while staying grounded and finding emotional safety at a pace that is honoring to you.

A place to find a sense of home and protection within. A place to be fully you.

Salt and sage combines two powerful symbols of wisdom, healing, and refining to represent a holistic approach to mental and emotional health. Salt symbolizes purification of what’s no longer needed, cleansing through emotional release, and healing what has been wounded. Sage symbolizes wisdom through gaining insight and awareness, cleansing a cluttered or troubled mind, finding one’s emotional strength, and grounding in stability and centeredness.
